We work with private equity, hedge fund, real money investors and banks to source debt opportunities in European CRE or sell debt pieces that they may be looking to dispose.
We have extensive experience in analyzing and underwriting such assets, negotiating between buyers and sellers and arranging financing. We have intimate knowledge of a large number of lenders and investors in the European CRE market so rather than running massive processes while advising clients, we pride ourselves in knowing the sensitive touch points of each lender/investor to get the best outcome for each project more discretely.
